What program can I use for free to remove a watermark from a video? Video is only about 2 minutes long, and it's a one time project, so I'm trying to find a program that I can use for free to do this
I assume I'd have to crop the video to remove the watermarks?

You can't remove it.
At most, you can blur it, cover it over with another logo/watermark, or crop it out.
The best option is to just leave it alone.
VirtualDub can easily crop video, as can Avidemux.

I think I was able to figure it out. I want to email this video and it's about 29 mb. Is that too large to send via email?
If so, how would I shrink it to be able to email it?

29mb is big.
Maybe not "too big", but the person may not like you if they check via pop3 on a slower connection.
Shrink it be reencoding smaller.
Or just upload it somewhere, and have them download it.

Where would you suggest I upload it so they can download it? I'd prefer not YouTube.
I would like to shrink it though, what should I use for that?
I'll try both.

GoogleDrive, Dropbox
"Shrink" = re-encode, so the best encoder you have and already use.
