An old basketball game. Can this be improved? I have no idea about the purple "bands" that come and go. Is this from the camera that was used?

AG-1980p, AVT-8710 (no value changes), Virtualdub - no filters, huffyuv.

768x480 is wrong. The purple bands do appear to be from the camera IMO. I can't imagine trying to remove them would be worth the time and effort, but I don't know that much about restoration.

768x - I guess I missed something in VirtualDub when I captured. Edit: yep - Capture Pin config was wrong
