Bombono DVD is a DVD authoring program, see http://www.bombono.org.

Now Bombono DVD is ready for Windows, too. The main features are:
  • Video preview: Timeline and Monitor
  • WYSIWYG Menu Editor
  • Transcoding, if necessary (from AVI/MKV/MOV/MPEG4...)
  • Motion menus
  • Subtitles support
  • You can author to folder, make ISO-image or burn directly to DVD
It would be nice if you give some feedback about it.
