A number of months back
supermediastore.com used to sell a 1000 case aluminum dvd storage container. They have not had (and seemingly no longer sell) the 1000 case editions (only 600 is available now). The problem is that all of the similar type of cases that can be currently found on
Amazon and Ebay are slightly smaller in size than what
supermediastore used to sell (if I cut off the top of the case from the SMS one, the newer units can actually fit inside it). This resulted in going from 250 discs per row (of 4), to only holding 236 per row (unless you crush them with a vice grip). In the end 944 is a big enough difference for me that claiming it can hold 1000 is total BS.
If anyone bought one from supermedia store and for whatever reason no longer needs or wants it, please get in touch
