Hi Zagor, Is it really 1 second a problem.
Many audio and video files have 1 second lenght difference because ms difference and programs round action.
But anyway with Besweet ota options (both options found in BS GUI as "delay" and "Append silence of" options):
-d apply delay correction to file
example : "-d 10"
will add 10miliseconds of silence to the beginning of the encoded file
example : "-d -20' will skip the first 20milliseconds of the original file
-e append silence to file
example : "-e 8"
will add 8miliseconds of silence to the end of encoded file
1 second = 1000 ms.
