FitCD File Size Prediction

How do you calculate the audio in the fil size prediction for FitCD? I got the video and all but when i try to add the audio size and encode the video it's way off from the prediction number.

Use HeadAC3he to open your AC3 or WAV file, then when you select .mp2 as target and change the bit rate to what you want, it will show the target file size.
