I used the manual file size prediction and it said my final size would be something like 792,000,000. When i finished encoding my vide, the final size was 661MB.

So that would leave about 139MB for your audio. Isn't that about right

Sometimes I have found that the predicted files size is not accurate because the sampler is not getting representative parts of the movie.

Perhaps you should try with more samples.
