Avisynth: Lord of the Rings Script for VCD

What kind of script would you suggest me for a movie like Lord of the rings II, with lot of action scenes and landscape scenes??
No kvcd and iam usin cce.

My script was something like this:

AviSource("E:\tttac3-sample.avi")
BicubicResize(448,254,0,0.6,1,0,638,272)
FluxSmooth()
Blockbuster(method="noise", variance=.5, seed=1)
AddBorders(16,113,16,113)

But I couldnt see a big difference between usin no script.
