I got always the error message 'MovieStacker works only with AviSynth 2.0'

Is there a way to use it with 2.5? Or only in the next version of the program?

Most people here using the BestScript for AS 2.5.
I´m still working with 2.0 (because of MovieStacker)

Is there another program outside for creating good AVS-Scripts?

I switch the both versions with AviSynthSwitcher 0.1 by akabob.

You virtually don't need Movistacker if you use "gripfit" in to new script.

If you want to use the "old style" resizing, all you have to do is to let moviestacker calculates the "Bicubicresize" en "AddBorders" parameters and cut/paste these two lines into the new script (replace Grifit/gripcrop/Gripborder lines).

Till a new version of Moviestacker is out, it"s basicaly the only use you can do of htis tool with avs2.5
