For 3 weeks my DSL connection has been flawless and always working.
Today I'm using 56k POTS, due to what Verzion says is a defective
DSL modem
I miss VOIP phone calls, getting calls while working
on the Net. My question, is there diagnostic software that can help me
locate the problem
i.e., modem, router, dsl line, etc. Verizon is over
nighting another modem (could also be bad). I need software tools
to help narrow these problems
Westell doesn't seem to be very reliable.
The go down so quickly and Verizon warned me if I get my own modem
they won't support me via their tech support
