for those who don't know yet: if you just want to mux a .mpg program file as vcd or svcd, you do only have to go to 'merge/cut' in mpeg tools. add your file you want to change, set the line above to 'svcd' or 'vcd non-standard', select an output and press run: it automatically demuxes and remuxes audio and video and makes a svcd or vcd compatible mpg file
