@dvdreasy
Hmm, looks like I lended my brother the DVD I was talking about. I don't know when I'll see him again. But, now I know which movie it was, the nordic version of Godsend. So if anyone else have the DVD maybe he/she could mail the IFO to you?

Could this also be an IFO parsing bug on DVDREasy
It could be that a "Layerbreak" causes a timecode reset on the subs ?!
I remember from the Subrib tool that there you can tell the engine HOW to treat a doublelayer temcodesync, so if its just merged or if the Timecode just continues!? I dont know exactly but ... hmmmm

So,

The problem only occurred in ONE movie ?
If so, This could really be a bug in DVDREasy.

I really need the IFO to analyse it.

Thanks !

Cheers,

Hi Incredible,

But if the out of sync was caused by "layerbreak" you only see it after about half of the movie, right ?

The report was that the out of sync is allways constant (from the begining of the movie till the end)

I might be wrong . . .

Cheers,

Hi Pedro,

I recall that was the case with the movie "Kate & Leopold". But I don't remember if I had the audio issue when I converted the movie with DVDREasy
But the subtitles were completely off sync from the start of the movie, so it seems it's something else, and not related to the layer boundary.
