Hi Kwag! I would like to use the skvcd template with dvd2svcd. Can you give me the settings for frames pr spread and for spread? Does the gop structure the same than kvcdx2? Thanks in advance.

Download the kvcd_lbr.ini and matrices.ini
Then change the GOP to 1,48,3,1,48 instead of 1,15,2,1,15 in DVD2SVCD.
Go to "Misc." and change to MPEG-2 encoding and then go to "Frameserver" and change resolution to 352x480.
Change the MAX bit rate to 2,500Kbps. Leave CQ_VBR. Don't change to CQ. I'm currently revising all template, and they will switch to CQ_VBR soon. It's higher quality than plain CQ more.
That's basically it
Now, you'll be encoding SKVCD.
Be sure to go back to the "Misc." tab and save your new settings as "skvcd.ini" or any other name you want.
