This weekend I made 2 Disney’s movies.
First was
Tarzan (89min / widescreen / 23.976fps)
- Start Template: KVCDx3 MPEG2 NTSC-Film
- Resolution: 480x480
- CQ_VBR: 15
- Sound: 128kbps
- File size:
797mb
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Second was
Monsters Inc. (88min / fullscreen / 23.976fps)
With monsters inc I made 2 encodes, first an MPEG2-480x480, second an MPEG1-352x240
monsters MPEG2:
- Start Template: KVCDx3 MPEG2 NTSC-Film
- Resolution: 480x480
- CQ_VBR: 12
- Sound: 128kbps
- File size:
799mb
monsters MPEG1
- Start Template: KVCD LBR NTSC-Film
- Resolution: 352x240
- CQ_VBR: 35
- MinBitrate: 200
- MaxBitrate: 2400
- Sound: 224kbps
- File Size:
795mb
I tried the LBR cause the MPEG2 with CQ_VBR at 12 got some noises (mosquitoes, not blocks). And I never thought that a VCD resolution could look
SOOOO GOOD!!! Of course it's not as sharp as the SVCD, but I barely notice it... And I got 224kbps audio quality!
