Perfect! So your target sample must be 9.7MB. If it came out too large, just divide
9.70/YourSampleSize * YourCurrentCQValue
That will get you a new CQ or CQ_VBR value ( Whichever you're using

)
Encode again. After 3 or 4 times, you should have a sample of about ~1% close to the predicted size ( 9.7MB ) and then encode your movie
