I have a MPEG1 file with a few bad frames. When in Vdub, playing the file, I get can't decode audio message. When I delete the bad frames, vdub plays the file fine. What is best way to save the repaired file? It appears I cannot stream copy, but must compress into AVI?

Need to know settings for video and audio and which save method to use.
