vcdcr@zy, I have Spiderman on one kvcd at 729mb with fair quality. There is a problem with stretched sound. Does your version start with the ts loading sequence? If so the whole movie is 1 hour 57 mins and will fit on 1 cdr. I have already encoded with a gap correction of 3250 in source range which shifts the audio into sync at the start but by the time you get to halfway its well out again. If this is the version you have I will post the settings i used here, but with the audio being so far out of sync i dont think its worth the hassle.

sorry I didn't notice this post before. No, my spiderman is in 3 files, and the first one begins with the Hulk trailer. I'm also using NTSC and by changing the fps to 29.97 it pretty much corrected everything and changing the res to 352x240 using kwags latest KVCD template
(the regular one, not the xvcd). Hope I could help you, maybe you could change the settings to comply with PAL or whatever your using.
