so what do you think i did wrong

seeing as in that link for the settings it shows under vfapi settings

avisyth/virtual dub script reader v.01 ReadAVS.Dll

mine vfapi settings reads
The file cannot be loaded ReadAVS.dll

Also when i open Read AVS .registration entries this is what it says...
