I have a DivX clip and the picture gets "grey" for just 0.5 second and then the audio gets out of sync, so this grey picture...do you think it's a bad frame?

That sounds more like a codec translation problem. A corrupt frame most often will cause the whole picture to just 'fall apart' and then re-assemble itself later. The audio slip is not a good indication of file integrity, though...

Run your file through Divx Repair. That should clear it up!
