HOW AND WHERE DO I UNSELECT 'CREATE STANDARD COMPLIANT CD' ?

WHEN YOU'VE SELECTED "VideoCD" IN NERO (BY CLICKING ON IT), UNTICK THE LITTLE BOX THAT SAYS "Create standard compliant CD".

EDiT: .. AND REMEMBER TO CLOSE THE WIZARD FIRST.

Have I missed something importent here Should I uncheck "create standard complian CD" also when I'm doing SVCD's And what will happend if I ignore that part, leave it checked

Yes...Definitely uncheck it.
If left checked...After entering your Mpeg, Nero will analize it, and give you
a "Pop-Up" window, telling you it`s "Non-Compliant", and give you a list of options.
