I have made this guide first in italian to have more people interested in kvcd format here in Italy, using the program DVD2SVCD whit very few changes to the ini files.
I had a lot of request to convert it in english. Probably because there's not much written but a lot of figure.
Anyhow here's the traslation.

This guide support avisnth 2.08 and not yet 2.5. Soon I'll update it.
