KVCD: TMPGEnc Aspect Ratio Settings Set to 4:3 525 Line (NTSC) for PAL Template?

Kwag, did you notice that on your 352*288 pal template that the aspect ratio under tmpgenc settings is set to 4:3 525 line (ntsc)? Is that what its supposed to be? Just wondering. thanks Keith
