Having difficulties with low CQ predictions.
I have to assume that the AverageBitrate formula isn't accurate for KDVD.

DVD 16:9 film
Length: 94 Minutes
DVD2avi (no force film)
Headac3he mp2 88,023
Making miniDVD 1400MB (2 700MB CD's)

AverageBitrate: 1312 = (1861 / 8) * 60 * 94

TMPGEnc Plus 2.510.49.157
KDVD FULL min 300 / max 5000

MPEG2Source("h:\liz\liz.d2v")
telecide()
decimate()
LegalClip()
unfilter(50,50)
Mpeg2Source("H:\liz\liz.d2v")
BicubicResize(688, 350, 0, 0.6, 4, 58, 712, 362)
AddBorders(16, 65, 16, 65)
STMedianFilter(8, 32, 0, 0, 8, 32)
temporalsmoother(1,2)
mergechroma(blur(1.50))
mergeluma(blur(0.1))
LegalClip()

CQMatic 1.1.10 Detect Scene Change checked
CQ = 71.67
m2v = 1,212,236 Too Low
muxed in BBMPEG as DVD
temp00.mpg = 1,357,706 (Max is 1,430,000)

CQMatic 1.1.10 Detect Scene Change not checked
CQ = 71.31 Even Lower

CQMatic 1.1.11 Detect Scene Change not checked
CQ = 70.29 Even Lower

I'm running tests with 1.1.07 and 1.1.08d now.
