I create my tpr text file using Tempgenc.
Plus the tpr file in CQMatic, input the movie times in minutes, input the bitrate which I got from CalcuMatic, uncheck the override default CQ, toggle to prediction only >>> then, execute.

My movie is about 114 minutes long, I choose 128 kbit for audio.

I get Tempgenc to predict, but the sample is the same size as the movie... about 206000 frames which took 2.5 hours to predict. And it will do that for the next 3 predictions... I stopped it knowing that is wrong.

What did I do wrong?

Thanks...

Hi tienquang2,

What are you using as source .d2v or a .avs script
If you are using a .avs script, please post it

I have the same problem as tienquang2. When I want CQMatic to predict the CQ when converting avi2kvcd it takes the whole film instead of 3000 frames. The interesting thing is that when I am predicting dvd2kvcd via DVD2AVI it works. I don't use Avisynth-Scripts neither for avi2kvcd nor for dvd2kvcd and I'm not going to do it in future. Is it possible that I have to change something in the enviromental settings in TMPGEnc? I'm using TMPGEnc version 2.59.

Thanks.

Dejv

Hi guys don't know it its it butIf it is an avi) you need to clear the audio tab in tmpge before you save the tpr file.

This is the problem that bugged me for the first 2 days of the first cqmatic

Thanks bigggt, it really works. Although I set stream type to ES (Video only) TMPGEnc took the audiosource. One has to delete the audiosource-line. This is the solution of the problem.
