I have a divx movie which is 700 mb avi 2 hrs and some'n minute now I used 352x480 NTSC tempelate the encoding done was superb
but the prob is that when I full screen the movie it remains at 352x480 in all media players
and when I burn it the quality seems like dvd BUT the video movies slowly something faster then still picture but definately much slower than video
how do I fix it do I need to reencode?

To see the movie full screen ob your pc you can use Zoomplayer.
The problem with the speed may be caused by your dvd-player. You can try to demultiplex the MPG and multiplex it as MPEG2 and see how it looks on your player.
