Can somebody tell how to get the best video possible and make it fit on the 80 min cd.
Templates i should use and everything else will be helpful.

I think that's a question to encoding seen generally!
But ... look for the Guides (www.kvcd.net, right side) .... they will explain you an easy way how to get good results!
