What would you prefer:

PAL 352 x 576 @ CQ 71

or

PAL 480 x 576 @ CQ 66

?

Which settings would you use for best quality on TV?

That's right.
It's also better than 352x288 with CQ 90. I've test it and it's a lot of sharper and with the optimal Script of kwag you have to become with a CQ of 66 a realy nice Movie.
