I have already seen the answer in the forum, but didn't find again.
I have to create standard VCD.
I use the template 352x288 PLus , and change the method in CBR with 1150 bitrate, and left he rest as is.
The the audio is converted at 224 Kbit 44.1000.
Is that ok ?
I have to change only the Rate control mode in the tmpgenc setting and leave the matrix and gop as is?

Hi logan555,

Yes, but you might get better quality with a shorter GOP, because you are encoding CBR.
Try the standard GOP of 1-5-2-1-0, but use KVCD's Notch matrix.
This would be the same as loading the standard VCD template, but using KVCD's matrix.
