I'm usually a "read-only" person on forums, but i've had such good success with my first two KDVDs, I wanted to thank everyone here for all the great information I found.

The avs "templates" offered here actually made my sources noisier, but I was able to find all the info I needed to tweak them to my needs, right here.

My first KDVD was 437 minutes (cartoon material) and the second one around 420 minutes (regular film).

Encoded at Half-D1 with QCCE / CCE SP 2.67. One-pass VBR, Q averages between 10 and 25.

On my 27" TV, I can't even see a difference between my original material and the encodes using the Notch matrix.. The quality is simply amazing! And the discs work in both my PS2 and my Sony standalone.

Many thanks, and keep up the great work!
