As the subject says. I was able to lower the CQ value, just a tad ( 3 ), and increased the MAX bitrate from 2,300Kbps to 2,500Kbps to smoothen high action scenes. The result is an average of around 1MB to 2MB less per minute , while retaining the same quality. Results tested and compared to old template in HDTV. So now the 704x480(576) KVCDx2 PLUS is rated at around 65 to 68 minutes per 80 minute CD-R.

As always, enjoy!,

There are two samples available made with the KVCD_704x480_PLUS template.
They are both right under the template. The first one is from "The Matrix", and the second one is from "Farscape"
The "Matrix" one is wide screen and the "Farscape is full screen.
