Anyone knows what is this DC component precision in the TMPGEnc settings?

Sets the DC precision level ( in bits ).
Has to do with the DC coefficients.
For MPEG-1, only 8 bits are allowed. ( as far as I know )
For MPEG-2, 8, 9, 10, and 11 bits are allowed.
