I'm pretty green in this, so I need advice
I know that this function is available with recorded DVD video discs, but how about to edit the same way DVD+RW with data (egz. for backuping important data, without erasing whole disc). On CDrw this is possible with UDF, so how to do this with DVD+RW Some way, some tool, some UDF

Thx 4 advice.

EDIT: I got NEC 3500, and this isn't support Mt.Rainer bu hardware (or firmware) so can I do this by some application
Go for SECAM =)

I use Drang'n'Disc form Roxio that is the new name of DirectCD and can handle DVD. InCD from Nero was also adapted for the DVD.

In fact you are right when speaking about UDF tools because that is the same protocolthat is used. The only diff : no need to format the media, that means no time nor space lost
