APEX AD-600A,

using KVCDx3 MPEG-2 NTSC Film
using all the Kwag's default settings for this template
except
changing it to 3/4 DVD full in FitCD and 544x480 in TMPGEnc

IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!

I liked VBR Quality of 12 as it is 144min. Wide-Screen w/ForceFilm NTSC.
I could not see quality difference in Sony 27" TV.

I will post more results.

Keep it going Kwag. You see, I asked for the third column for x3 in
DVD-Compatibility!

Thanks a lot and hopefully I will be same happier after the complete evaluation (3hour Full-screen bright crisp full-action dance colors Indian movies).

I always have same "video jerks/skips every 2 seconds" problem with MPEG-1 KVCD.

I don't have that problem with KSVCD (although video skips very very rarely) and x3 MPEG-2 NTSC Film DVD 3/4 Full.

R U sure u tried MPEG-2? I will double check.

Are you two using the mpeg-2 template? I find nothing can go wrong with the mpeg2 template with 3:2 pulldown..

tks

Hey Gopalkk,

Thanks for the replies bud.. I think i did it now.. change the Fps to 29.97
but the problem is it gets bigger.. I can live with this
Im trying now the NTSC film with the 3:2 pulldown playback option I guess i was using the Pal one before. I hesitated to use the NTSC because of the sound synchronization. This should be smaller file size though

Thanks
