I have a MX Onda MX-DVD65N and it only accepts 352 x 240 / 288 KVCDs. This is a cheap DVD. :(

If using 480 height, the bottom part of the picture lays out of the screen, as if the DVD were unable...

It is a good idea to use the AssumeFPS function in Avisynth. So you use the same frames as in the original and do not do framerate conversion on video.
