Just received an email about this.

Comes out to be about the same price as the Newegg deal for Jan. 23.

True, price is the same, but Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden is better media. So I'd go for those first.

Old stock Sony branded discs will be SONYDxx media made by Daxon.
New stock will be RITEKF1 made by Ritek with Fuji oxonol dye.
So keep that in mind.
