Need DataVideo TBC-1000 Service Manual - Want to Buy

I have a non-working TBC-1000 which I'm hoping repair myself. Bought it used on eBay. Don't know the year of manufacture, it had several open or almost open-circuit electroletic capacitors which I replaced, all voltage regulators are giving correct output voltages, it shows video input signals on an oscilloscope but no output. I have tried obtaining a schematic/service manual from DataVideo, they told me no dice. I have been able to download pinout and other data for most of the ic's used in it which has been of some help but a schematic or service manual for the unit would make signal tracing etc easier.

Any and all advice on obtaining this is welcome, will pay a fair price.

Do you know if the problem is in the TBC or dist amp? TBC-1000 being a combination of TBC-100 and VP-299. I had some problems and solved them by throwing VP-299 portition away and direct wiring TBC-100 to output. Propably less noise etc this way too.
