I accidentally initialized a RW disc on my Pioneer 320s dvd recorder, is there any way to recover that information?

Yes, but only if the disc was finalized before it was "erased" (not deleted, but the TOC dumped, and that can be recovered). It would require the pro version of ISO Buster in UDF recover mode.
