Are you sure it even officially released on VHS? The anime started in 2004. All I can find are Blu-Ray and the old DVD releases.

Just barely, most companies moved onto DVD already.

This isn't like Azumanga Daioh from 2002 where it did come out on VHS in Japan and DVD in America. I can't find any info on Sgt. Frog VHS. Only English and Japanese DVDs.

From a Google search I can't find anything about the show coming out on VHS at all. So you're only option is making a custom made VHS bootleg of the show.

Cars came out on VHS in 2007 in America but it was a limited release, however Inception actually was one of the last VHS tapes produced in Korea in 2010.

I wasn't aware it wasn't existent, but I forgot about azumanga daioh and now I wanna rewatch it

In Japan I know swing girls and the Uchoten hotel came out on vhs. So did howl move castle and cars in Japan. Mermaid melody seemed to be the last hurrah for Japanese tv animation on vhs in japan
