If you bought a DVD burner between 2003 and 2008, you're entitled to be part of the class action settlement against the optical media industry for price collusion.

Today, Aug 1st 2017, is the deadline.

File you claim here: https://www.opticaldiskdriveantitrust.com

All you need to supply is:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile/cell phone number
- Zip code

Note that it ONLY applies to residents (at the time of purchase, not now) of:
Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

It's free money.

Not sure how much yet. The settlement is due to be finalized in September.
