Could enyone tell me what is this scanner? Im trying to find out for days but no luck so far.

No idea. It's an ancient hand scanner, probably late 80s model (those type scanners existed for many more years). We actually something very similar many years ago, but it was surely recycled at some point in the 2000s.

I still remember when we upgraded to a "cheap" $2k flatbed in the early 90s.
