There's not single best settings. Situational. Post clip to examine for improvement, error correction.

It's not the same, but ChromaShiftSP() is x64. I've used it, but it does behave differently. As always, verify everything, before and after processing. It's a fiddly .avsi script, not a .dll filter.

VC500 had versions. You may have one of the earlier versions, like sanlyn, that lacked the AGC issue. Also, this change in behavior may be due to firmware on-chip, not a different chip.
