VHS capture with ADVC110 video stutter?

I’ll try to describe my issue :
Panasonic nv-fs200 —> s-video out —> Advc110 s-video in —> fcpx on a Mac Mini
- tape plays fine. Tried it on tv with 3 different vcr’s...Damn that looked...
