I found another thread with a similar question. It looks like s-video extension cables are the most efficient option for my needs right now. I just wish I could find any for sale that are shorter...

I tried 1.9.x earlier tonight. It recognizes the Pinnacle card without having to use Crossbar Thing, but otherwise the results are the same frozen picture as on VirtualDub2.

Both 1.9 and 2 still...
