Why is Premiere Pro garbling some of my video frames?

I am using Premiere to do frame edit level changes to the VHS footage I captured, all using:

Yep I also checked this, it just says 0 lines in, 0 lines detected. It used to say 576 lines in, but now that's gone. Video standard is unchanged, it's still 25fps PAL B. Also, i've just been feeding...

Thank you both for your help! I was actually going to try a script, but then I though surely there's a quicker way to do this. No matter, the script I did worked perfectly and line doubled each field...
