Two tapes, methods to improve colors on one to match other?

Hi all,

I have two PAL tapes that recorded the same event but on different cameras back in '95.

Using Virtualdub + FFMPEG Huffyuv with YUV2 4:2:2 color space to get lossless capture of both...
