What do Free Members get?
Although our time is mostly spent providing services for our clients (all the way from grandmothers with old VHS tapes to multi-national corporations and studios), and doling out advice to our paid site members, we want everybody to have access to quality information. Free Members will often get quick tips and nudges in the right direction. If you're lucky, and it's a slow day, you may get a detailed response (especially on easy questions).

How long to get my question answered?
Free Member questions are generally answered within 1-2 days, although it can be as much as 5-7 days if there are a lot of Premium Members asking questions. Read more here:

Yep. All site members can download our free templates, filter packs, archived abandonware, etc. We do this to prevent leeching, as well as monitor the popularity. (Popular files will get more frequent updates!)
