Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post
Hello. I have bought this Combo DVD - VHS for 12$

DVD works fine , Video Outputs works.
I have found this model interesting because have SVideo output support.

The problem here is that after 8 Seconds of VHS playing, the VCR eject the tape.

That 8 seconds that can play, it shows image and audio.

Do you know what could it be?

Note: If Im playing a DVD, and I insert the VHS, it stays in stand by mode, with all the tape place in the head drum (but no playing because player is in DVD mode) . In that case, the VCR don't eject the tape. If i go into VCR mode, it starts play VHS, and 8 seconds after, it eject tape.

I attach one video showing all.

thanks for your help.

Obviously a mechanism problem, Needs to be taken a part, cleaned, lubed, check the mode switch and clean it, align everything and put it back together and go from there.
