I have this card still laying around:

Asus AX800 XT VIVO (Radeon X800 XT Platinum Edition)
It has an ATI Rage Theater 213RT1ZUA43 chip.
Pics & info see this review: https://hothardware.com/reviews/asus...edition?page=2

However I can't test it yet because:
- I don't have an AGP motherboard anymore, so I have to find someone with an old PC, or buy an AGP mobo
- I lost the special A/V cable for s-video input, so I have to find out the pinout, with luck it's the same as s-video cable like AIW (see https://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vid...html#post93420 )

Should I invest time/money in this card for capturing VHS/Hi8 PAL over s-video or are there better alternatives today (like the StarTech SVID2USB, which is cheap and has a positive review on quality, see: https://youtu.be/zcpbnU63_kY?t=339 ) ?

Startech will be a downgrade in quality.
