I have a Panasonic HS-1000 VCR. The image is very clear and stable, but it has a problem that it does quite often. When I want to rewind the videotape, it starts to make strange noises and then immediately turns off. It recovers after a few tries or after I unplug it. The tape remains inside during this time, and it does not respond to any commands. After this it is working normal. Did anyone find a fix yet?
