Could someone give me (from the service book ?) number, model, designation (what else would I call it I don't know) the part: the pinch roller for the VCR:
- Philips VR 20D (probably the same like: JVC HM-DR10000),
- JVC HR-S7711(probably the same like: JVC HR-S7700 and JVC HR-S7722) ?

I don't understand your question but why don't you just lookup the service manual yourself?

You have a list of all the part numbers in the service manual. And a simple search on Google should bring you to the corresponding PDF. It will take you less time than starting a thread here and waiting for a response.

Advice on this site should never be "search Google". We want PDFs attached to posts here.

This is not tech advice… this is just a simple question that doesn’t require too much to answer it. The OP is smart enough to find it for himself. In general, using Google doesn’t do any harm. These are not some obscure models with hard to find service manuals…

Thank you for your answers.
1. I only see instructions(user) manuals for JVC HR-S7700, 7711, 7722, but I don't see service manual for them anywhere. In user manual I don't see anywhere information about the number of individual parts of this/these VCRs.
2. Part number(pinch roller) for VCR: JVC HM-DR10000 is probably: PQ46327A-4(PINCH ROLLER ARM ASSY) and it probably should also match to VCR: Philips VR 20D - yes ?

So you don't have a new one, it would only be used, but in good condition ?
What VCR model would you have this pinch roller for ?
Mine looks the same as this:
https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/iuYAA...jL/s-l1600.jpg (Photo source: https://www.ebay.com/itm/PQ46327A-2-...-/202646844239).
In their designation, number, serial model differ only in the last digit. I don't know if there are any practical differences between them really: in dimensions, sizes, etc. I don't know if the last numbers were used for different VCR models or if something was merely ordinal, and in reality they are the same...

Yes I have that part used good condition, You don't have to replace the whole thing, just the roller and center plastic ring.

I know I don't have to replace the whole one: PINCH ROLLER ARM ASSY(just the pinch roller and center plastic ring), but I tried with different pinch rollers with similar or the same external sizes(from what I remember) and the biggest problem was fitting appropriate(original) inner diameter - pinch roller hole(entering the shaft, roller).
What VCR do you have this pinch roller with ? Do you know if it will/should match to VCR: JVC HM-DR10000(probably the same as VCR: Philips VR 20D and probably the same parts fit it as for this JVC VCR; because in fact I would need the pinch roller for VCR: Philips VR 20D, but I could not(from what I remember) find a service book to find out the part number I was interested in - how is it specified for this VCR: Philips) ?

Usually you can just measure the height and diameter in millimeters. As for the center bearings, you can usually re-use the original bearing by pressing it out with a drill press that is not running and the appropriate diameter drill bit turned upside down. You can also get new ball bearings that match the inner/outer diameter of what you need, then the issue just becomes potentially spacing the vertical positioning on the shaft which sometimes requires spacers depending.
Pretty much all JVCs of that era used the same pinch rollers, so you could always just get one from a less used parts machine if you don't need an "actually new" one.
